What's so special about specialty coffee?
Firstly, the quality of the bean, which is directly sourced from the farmer. We work
with Coffee Collective as quality and fair paid are combined: the farmers are paid
for their hard work, for us to enjoy a good cup of coffee.
Now, the aroma and taste - so varied, from full-bodied, refreshing to complex blackcurrant,
raspberry and blackberry aroma. Just like with other beverages, the location, the way you roast and brew
changes the whole experience.
