To create a user account on the Site, use your Facebook or Google account, RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. will process the following public profile data displayed by the respective applications: username, email address.

In case you choose to create a user account only before finalizing the order of a product available on the Site, your email address will be requested based on which an account will be automatically created. If you do not finalize the order, the email address and other provided data will not be stored by RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A., and the created account will be automatically deleted.

II.2. If you are a visitor to the Site, RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. will process your personal data that you provide directly in the context of using the Site, such as data that you provide in the contact / questions / complaints section, to the extent that you contact us in this way.

IV. How long we process your data

As a principle, RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. will process your personal data as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a client, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationships and afterwards according to the legal obligations incumbent on RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. (e.g., in the case of financial-accounting supporting documents for which the storage period provided by law is 10 years from the date of ending the financial year during which they were drawn up).

In case you are a client and you choose to delete your user account, by pressing the Delete account button in the My Account Information section, RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications through which we keep you updated about the products and services offered through the site. In this regard, if you choose to delete your user account, we will not send you such emails and/or text messages anymore. However, we wish to inform you that deleting your account will not automatically result in deleting your personal data. If you do not want your personal data to be processed anymore, or if you want your data to be deleted, you can exercise your rights detailed in section VII below. If you request to delete the account, but there is at least one active order on that account, the request to delete the account can be registered only after the delivery of the products and completion of the last active order.

If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. will stop processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. based on the consent expressed by you before its withdrawal.

V. Disclosure of personal data

To fulfil the processing purposes, RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. may disclose your data to partners, third parties or entities supporting RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. in conducting activity through the Site (e.g., courier companies, IT service providers), or to central/local public authorities, in the following exemplified cases:

Under the conditions provided by the legislation regarding the processing of personal data, as targeted individuals, you have the following rights:

The right to be informed, namely the right to receive details about the processing activities carried out by RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A., according to those described in this document;
The right to access data, namely the right to obtain confirmation from RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. about the processing of personal data, as well as details about the processing activities such as how the data are processed, the purpose of the processing, the recipients or categories of data recipients, etc;
The right to rectification, namely the right to obtain correction, without unjustified delays, by RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. of inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data; The rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data were transmitted, except in cases where this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
The right to delete data, without unjustified delays, ("the right to be forgotten"), if one of the following reasons applies:
- They are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
- If consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- If the individual objects to processing and there are no legitimate reasons that prevail;
- If personal data have been processed illegally;
- If personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation;

Following the request for data deletion, RHINO SERVICES & EVENTS S.A. may anonymize this data (thereby depriving them of their personal character) and continue in this context processing for statistical purposes;

- The person disputes the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows us to verify the correctness of the data;
- Processing is illegal, and the individual opposes the deletion of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;

The right to address the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing or competent courts, to the extent you consider necessary.
